| Damaged Items at time of Delivery |
| Inspect your items as soon as they are delivered with the delivery agent present. Note the items damaged on the delivery ticket. The delivery agent will confirm and take back the items that are damaged and they will be replaced within 7 business days provided item is in stock. Otherwise, replacement will be delivered and customer notified as soon as in stock. |

| Refund Policy |
| You may receive a total refund of any monies for furnishings purchased only if you cancel the sale within 48 hours of the date of purchase. If you charge your purchase, we will credit your charge account. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our main office. There will be 20% restocking fee and no damage to the returned item. |
| If you wish to cancel an order within 48 hours, we will be able to confirm cancellation without penalty. |
| Returns may take up to 10 days to process. This means that the credit for your item returned will appear in your account within 10 days |
